Born from a simple idea, Champagne for everyone right here in BedStuy Brooklyn. Our team built the kind of spot we wanted to hang out in: part cozy café, part champagne lounge, part disco dream. All delicious.

Nestled between Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy’s iconic brownstones, Disco Birdies is where neighborhood charm meets a little sparkle. Our menu riffs on familiar comforts with playful twists: from smash burgers and fried chicken sammies to “disco fries,” everything here pairs beautifully with a glass (or more) of some of the finest bottles Champagne has to offer.
